This should be no trouble
Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 03:34PM Alright so I decided to actually start the program today. I figured why wait?
The iPhone app for push ups is fairly minimal. However it doesn't need to do much. Minimal is all you need.
The program allows you to:
- Record your initial test result
- Do your daily routine. It prompts you for the set, and a timer counts down between reps.
- It shows you a good form push up (essentially an animated gif)
- Get some tips for the week
- Log and graph your progress over time (very nice feature)
