This should be no trouble

Alright so I decided to actually start the program today.  I figured why wait?

The iPhone app for push ups is fairly minimal.  However it doesn't need to do much.  Minimal is all you need.  

The program allows you to:

  • Record your initial test result
  • Do your daily routine.  It prompts you for the set, and a timer counts down between reps.
  • It shows you a good form push up (essentially an animated gif)
  • Get some tips for the week
  • Log and graph your progress over time (very nice feature)
